Deposits and Withdrawals
Payment, Deposit and Withdrawal Process
You can currently deposit at 917bet via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and direct bank transfer. Supporting the most popular mobile banking services in Bangladesh makes transactions very convenient. More methods may be added in the future.
The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods at 917bet is ৳500. Whether you deposit via bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank transfer, you must send at least ৳500. Transactions below this amount are not processed.
In most cases, your 917bet account balance is updated shortly after sending money from bKash or Nagad. Bank transfers may take a little longer. If your balance does not appear within the expected time, take a screenshot of the transaction and contact live chat.
The minimum withdrawal amount at 917bet is ৳800. Once a withdrawal request is approved, the money typically reaches your bKash, Nagad or Rocket account within 1 hour. We also aim to process bank transfers as quickly as possible.
917bet does not charge any additional fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking service provider (bKash, Nagad or Rocket) may apply their own transaction charges — this is subject to the respective payment provider's policy.
A rejected withdrawal is usually caused by incomplete account verification, unmet wagering requirements or a mismatch in details. Contact 917bet live chat support to understand the issue; our team will help resolve it in English.
Games and Rules
Cricket Betting, Slots and Live Casino
To bet on BPL or any other cricket tournament, log in to your 917bet account, go to the cricket section, select the match you want, then choose your bet type and amount. Options include match winner, total runs, innings score and more. With live betting, you can also place bets while the match is in progress.
Yes, 917bet is fully mobile-friendly. The site works well from any Android or iOS smartphone browser — no separate app download is needed. Slots, live casino and cricket betting are all easy to enjoy on mobile.
RTP, or Return to Player, is the long-term statistical return rate of a game, indicating how much money is paid back on average for every ৳100 wagered. A higher RTP means better odds in favour of the player. However, it is a long-term average — the result of each round is independent and random.
917bet's live casino section features tables from various providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Some tables have Hindi or English dealers, and certain tables may also have Bengali-speaking dealers. Use the filter option in the game lobby to find your preferred table.
Volatility, or variance, refers to how often and how large a slot pays out. Low-volatility slots pay out smaller rewards more frequently — good for beginners. High-volatility slots offer the chance of bigger wins but with longer gaps between them. Choose the right type of game based on your budget and experience.
All slots and casino games at 917bet are developed by reputable software providers such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI and Spribe, and use certified Random Number Generators (RNG). This ensures that the outcome of every spin or bet is completely unbiased and unpredictable.
Bonuses and Promotions
Welcome Bonus and VIP Benefits
New members at 917bet receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit — up to ৳10,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and get a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. If you deposit ৳12,000, you receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳22,000. The bonus is added to your account automatically.
A wagering requirement refers to how many times you must bet the bonus amount before it becomes withdrawable. The wagering requirement for the 917bet welcome bonus is 25x. This means if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳50,000 in bets before it can be withdrawn. The contribution rate may vary by game type.
The 917bet VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback goes up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, 1.2% at Platinum and up to 1.5% at Diamond. The more active you are, the higher you climb and the more benefits you receive.
If a bonus has not been added to your account within the expected time, contact 917bet live chat with a screenshot of your deposit or the transaction ID. Make sure the eligibility conditions for the bonus have been met (such as it being your first deposit and reaching the required amount).
Yes, in addition to the welcome bonus, 917bet regularly offers various promotions for active members. Special betting offers also come out during major tournaments like IPL, T20 World Cup or BPL. Check the promotions page on the site regularly for the latest offers.
